GUN DOG TRAINING

This phase of training is the next step after obedience. Our gundog program is customized for waterfowl and upland game bird hunters. We take a "teamwork" approach to our training and we earn the trust and respect of our dogs through patient and orderly presentation of our techniques.
Dogs are gradually conditioned to the sights and sounds that they will see on an average day's hunt. They will be exposed to gunfire, birds, decoys, boats, and blinds, just to name a few. From being steady in the duck blind to quartering for upland game, we believe in developing a versatile hunting dog.
Call us to schedule an initial evaluation.  At that time we will discuss the goals that you have in mind for your dog and give you an estimated time frame for accomplishing those goals.
